MGI BFC is registered with the Tunisian Institute of Chartered Accountants and operates in strict compliance with the profession's regulations and Code of Professional Duties. Statutory audit engagements follow the Tunisian legal framework.
We systematically apply the incompatibility and conflict-of-interest rules of the OECT Code of Professional Duties. Where our objectivity could be compromised, we decline the engagement or implement appropriate safeguards.
Our teams are bound by professional secrecy. All information is treated in strict confidence, covered where necessary by a non-disclosure agreement.
Our audit engagements rely on a methodology compliant with the International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and the Tunisian framework; bookkeeping follows Tunisian Accounting Standards (NCT).
We process personal data in line with applicable regulations (see our privacy policy). A member of MGI Worldwide since 2017, the firm benefits from harmonised standards while keeping its own independence. Every engagement is governed by an engagement letter.
