The employer bears the CNSS employer contribution of 16.57%, plus the vocational training tax (1% or 2%), the housing levy (FOPROLOS, 1%) and work-accident insurance (0.4% to 4% depending on the activity): roughly 20% on top of gross salary in most cases.
