Busy-season audit support

For accounting firms and MGI Worldwide members: qualified audit staff and preparers who work on your files, under your methodology and review, during your peak periods.

How the transition works

1. Scoping. We map the current process, systems, volumes and deliverables, and agree a target operating model.

2. Pilot. A defined perimeter, one entity or one process, runs for one to two closing cycles, with quality measured against agreed criteria.

3. Ramp-up. The scope extends progressively, with documented procedures and a named point of contact on each side.

4. Steady state. A monthly service review tracks deliverables, deadlines and open items. Nothing is left implicit.

Why Tunisia as a nearshore base

Tunisia combines a deep pool of accounting and finance graduates, fluency in French and English with Arabic as a native language, the European time zone, and competitive operating costs. For European firms, that means same-day responsiveness and easy travel, about two hours from major European capitals. As a member of MGI Worldwide, present in more than 100 countries, MGI BFC works to international professional standards under the supervision of the Tunisian Institute of Chartered Accountants (OECT).

Frequently asked questions

How is data confidentiality handled?

Our teams are bound by the professional secrecy of the chartered accountancy profession. Access is restricted per engagement, exchanges can be covered by an NDA, and working files never leave our secured infrastructure without the client explicit consent.

Which languages do your teams work in?

French and English for all deliverables and meetings; Arabic natively. Group reporting is delivered in the format and language of the parent company.

Which tools do you work with?

We adapt to the client environment, group ERPs, reporting platforms and file-exchange tools, rather than imposing our own stack. Where the client has no preference, we propose a documented standard setup.

How quickly can an engagement start?

A scoped pilot can typically start within a few weeks of the initial discussion, depending on the perimeter and access to systems. The first step is a scoping call: contact@bfc.com.tn.
