MGI BFC is a chartered accounting firm registered with the Tunisian Order of Chartered Accountants (OECT), member of the international network MGI Worldwide, based at Centre Urbain Nord in Tunis. We keep the books of Tunisian companies and of subsidiaries of foreign groups, file their tax and social returns, run their payroll and produce reporting in the group's format, in English, French or Arabic, with a partner as your point of contact.

Yes. The statutory accounts are kept under Tunisian GAAP, and we produce in parallel a reporting package in the group's format (IFRS mapping, consolidation package, KPIs), in English, on the group's calendar, with a closing call with your finance team.
Yes. We take over balances and documents, bring the books up to date if necessary, then resume the normal production rhythm. Many of our engagements start this way.
The exchange-control file of the foreign investment (capital contributions and shareholder loans brought in through a Tunisian bank), which conditions the future repatriation of dividends and sale proceeds. We organise it with your bank from the start.
