What membership changes in practice

  • A named counterpart in your group's country. A Tunisian subsidiary audited here deals with a firm that can call on a member firm in the parent company's country.
  • Network quality control. Membership means submitting to MGI Worldwide's quality reviews, in addition to the oversight of the Ordre des Experts-Comptables de Tunisie.
  • Joint engagements. The network exists to let several firms build a proposal that none of them would carry alone.
  • What it does not change. MGI Worldwide is not a firm and performs no engagements. Each member is liable for its own work alone. An audit opinion signed in Tunis is signed by MGI BFC, not by the network.
